I contacted Darren at All Pro Billiards to move a 110 year-old pool table from my parent's house to my house. Unfortunately, once the table was apart, it was clear that the slate was cracked in multiple places. The table had to be destroyed. Lucky for me, however, Darren's team said they had a gently used Peter Vitale table that I might be interested in. Fast-forward to today - that very table is now in my home. I cannot say enough about Darren and his team. Professional, prompt, friendly, responsive and knowledgable. Five stars across the board. I am so happy with my new table!
I had a 40+ year old pool table moved to my house by All Pro Billiards. Unfortunately, the move was mostly completed before we realized the table had extensive water damage and was irreparable. I'd already paid for the move at this point. Darren offered to either refund me, or to find me a used table to replace the damaged one and give me a discount. I opted to wait for a discount on a used table. Within a few weeks, Darren was able to find me a like-new table and fit the move into his already busy schedule. He gave me a great deal on top of discounting much of what I'd already paid for the previous move. In short, there was a problem, and Darren went out of his way to make it right. His movers were fast, professional, and did an excellent job. I am extremely satisfied with All Pro Billiards and I would recommend them to anyone needing pool table services.
